Care Management services help you age in place with dignity and live well. Service options may include Adult Day Services, Home Delivered Meals, In-Home Care Services, Personal Emergency Response System, and Rent/Tax Rebates.
A caseworker will meet with you in your home to assess your needs and coordinate available services.
You must be a resident of Greene County and 60 years of age or older to apply. You may have to share in the cost of services based on your monthly income.
