We know the holidays can be a difficult time for many families. Because there are only a limited number of donors, we want to make sure we’re reaching families who might not otherwise be able to celebrate. Please share a little about what makes this holiday season challenging for your family financially. Anything you feel comfortable telling us will help us understand your situation and connect you with the right support. Every effort will be made to match every family with a sponsor, but we are not able to guarantee a match for everyone. If there is not a match for your family, we’ll share information about other local resources that may be able to help.
Sometimes a sponsor may include a holiday meal or treats with their gift delivery. We want to be sure everything they may provide is safe and enjoyable for your family. Please share any allergies, dietary restrictions, or foods your children can’t eat. You can also tell us about any preferences or cultural food needs you’d like us to keep in mind.
Sponsors will be contacting their matched family directly at the phone number you’ve provided above. Is there any information the sponsor should know in advance, in order to ensure they can reach you? For example, do you work evenings and your phone is off at that time? Or do you live in an area with unreliable cellphone service? Please share those details below, if so. In the event your contact information changes, such as a new phone number, you should contact your sponsor or Blueprints contact person to inform them as soon as possible.

When families and sponsors connect, good communication helps everything go smoothly. Sponsors generously give their time and resources, often traveling long distances to make sure families can celebrate the holidays. Please plan to respond promptly when your sponsor reaches out to arrange your gift delivery. It’s important that someone from your household is available at the agreed-upon date and time to receive the gifts in person at your home, as packages cannot be left outside. If your family has any challenges that might make this difficult, such as illness, work schedules, or mobility concerns, please let your sponsor know as soon as possible, so they can coordinate a safe and comfortable delivery plan. Thank you for helping us make sure every family’s gifts arrive safely and with care before the holidays.
