QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Monday – Sunday (days/times can vary) 37.5 Hours Per Week
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
- Transport clients in agency vehicle, or own vehicle, to and from school, home, CCF office and to activities/field trips.
- Assist Lead Mentor by tracking attendance, maintaining discipline, helping with homework, overseeing activities, providing guidance to clients.
- Participate in meetings with Lead Mentor and keep proper documentation regarding clients’ progress, behavior, and attitude.
- Assist clients with preparing meals and learning other life skills.
- Day/evening hours. Some weekends required. Paid holidays off by designated CCF holiday leave policy.
- Responsible for the visitation center in assisting, conducting, and overseeing visitations.
- Responsibilities include the arrangement, supervision and transportation for birth family visits.
- Work with Washington County Children and Youth Services and other significant parties in structuring and facilitating activities for families.
- Provide visit coaching to assist families to reach their visitation goals.
- Oversee host duties and schedule host hours.
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and agency regulations.
- Complete visit report for each visit supervised.
- Complete documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain contact and positive relationship with all parties for visits.
- Complete court summaries for caseworkers as requested.
