  • High School Diploma or GED.


  • Monday – Sunday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (days/times vary)


  • Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
  • Transport clients in agency vehicle, or own vehicle, to and from school, home, CCF office and to activities/field trips.
  • Assist Lead Mentor by tracking attendance, maintaining discipline, helping with homework, overseeing activities, providing guidance to clients.
  • Participate in meetings with Lead Mentor and keep proper documentation regarding clients’ progress, behavior, and attitude.
  • Assist clients with preparing meals and learning other life skills.
  • Day/evening hours. Some weekends required. Paid holidays off by designated CCF holiday leave policy.
  • Responsible for the visitation center in assisting, conducting, and overseeing visitations.
  • Responsibilities include the arrangement, supervision and transportation for birth family visits.
  • Work with Washington County Children and Youth Services and other significant parties in structuring and facilitating activities for families.
  • Provide visit coaching to assist families to reach their visitation goals.
  • Oversee host duties and schedule host hours.
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and agency regulations.
  • Complete visit report for each visit supervised.
  • Complete documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain contact and positive relationship with all parties for visits.
  • Complete court summaries for caseworkers as requested.
