
Foster Care and Adoption
Provides children and youth with a safe, stable, and nurturing environment until permanency can be achieved. Services include treatment, kinship, emergency, and traditional foster care services, kinship navigation and support services, and adoption.

Truancy Intervention and Prevention
To assist children in truancy resolution and prevent court involvement.

Transitional and Independent Living
To assist and prepare youth as they navigate through life to transition successfully into adulthood.

Community Based Children and Family Services
To assist children and families to maintain stability of the family unit while attaining healthy independence. Services include Family Group Decision Making, Families in Recovery, Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), In-Home services, and Supervised Visitation services.

Behavioral Health Services
To provide community based behavioral health services including outpatient therapy services for children and families experiencing trauma. This program is only offered in West Virginia.
