Commissioner Larry Maggi

Washington county commissioner

Mr. Maggi began his service to Blueprints in November 1998 when he was the Washington County Sheriff and chose to continue service when he was elected Commissioner in 2003. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Washington County Board of Commissioners.

Mr. Scott Slagle

(Representing Commissioner Diana Irey-Vaughn)

Mr. Slagle has been a dedicated Blueprints Board member since July of 2009. Mr. Slagle spent 22 years in commercial and retail banking and started his own company in 2014.ย  He is currently the owner and President of Commercial Funding Solutions, Inc. and holds a degree in Economics from Allegheny College.

Commissioner Blair Zimmerman

Greene county commissioner

Mr. Zimmerman, Secretary of the Greene County Board of Commissioners, is serving his third term. A former Waynesburg Borough mayor and retired coal miner of 41 years, he is active in community service, including Blueprints, the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission, and various local organizations. He lives in Waynesburg and enjoys running and cycling. He has three children and three grandchildren.

Mr. Eric Cowden

(Representing Pennsylvania State Senator Camera Bartolotta)

Pennsylvania state senator

Eric Cowden, of Washington, PA, joined Blueprintsโ€™ board in 2024. He serves as a key staff member for Pennsylvania State Senator Camera Bartolotta and holds degrees from Penn State University and Delaware Valley University. His leadership includes past presidency of the Penn State College of Agriculture Alumni, involvement in the PA Farm Show Scholarship selection committee, and membership in the Greene County Drug Task Force. He is also a pianist for Ten Mile Presbyterian Church.

Ms. Jeannie High-Grimes

Greene county treasurer

Ms. High-Grimes, Greene County Treasurer, has run her business in Waynesburg, PA for over 35 years, fostering lasting relationships and supporting charitable causes. She joined our Board in 2025, eager to advance our mission and serve the community.

Ms. Stacey Brodak (Board President)

Ms. Brodak, a Blueprints board member since 2017, is Vice President for Institutional Advancement and University Relations at Waynesburg University. With expertise in communications, government affairs, and corporate responsibility, she has led the Washington County Chamber of Commerceโ€™s Board and serves on multiple industry boards. Born in Carmichaels, she lives in Washington, PA with her husband and son.

Ms. Eva Ahern

Peacock keller

Ms. Ahern joined the Blueprintsโ€™ Board of Directors in 2020 and is a member of the Personnel Committee. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law and has clerked for the late Honorable Mark Mascara. At the conclusion of her clerkship, she worked as a Trust Officer with PNC Bank, N.A. Eva has worked for Peacock Keller since 2012 and has concentrated her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Elder Law.

Ms. Kelley Zebrasky (Board Secretary/Treasurer)

Ms. Zebrasky, a board member since 2021, is the School Principal for Washington Park Elementary and a Pennsylvania Federal Program Coordinator. A former Policy Council member and current School Readiness Team member, she is active in educational leadership through ASCD and the Pennsylvania Principalโ€™s Association. She holds degrees from West Liberty University and California University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Brian Flannery (Board Vice President)

Mr. Brian Flannery joined the Blueprintsโ€™ Board in 2020. He is the General Manager of Washington Auto Mall, Washington Hyundai. He attended Moon Area High School, Class of 2010. He is a Graduate of Washington and Jefferson College, Class of 2014. Mr. Flannery specializes in Business, Fundraising, Staffing, and PR Releases. He resides in Eighty Four with his wife and two kids.

Mr. Michael Chaido

Mr. Chaido is a dedicated leader, having returned to our Board after previously serving as Board President, showcasing his enduring commitment to our organization over the past decade. As CEO of Washington Financial Bank, he brings extensive expertise in finance and strategic management as chair of our Data Committee and serving on our Executive Committee.

Ms. Erin Dixon

Center of excellence

Erin Dixon, of Houston, PA, joined Blueprintsโ€™ board in 2024. With a Social Work background, a degree from Penn West California, and over a decade in human services, she brings valuable expertise to our participants. She leads in the Center of Excellence at the Washington Drug and Alcohol Commission while pursuing her Masters degree and spending time with her puppy, Keisel.

Mr. Richard Burgess

community volunteer

Mr. Burgess is an enthusiastic former Blueprintsโ€™ Board Member, returning in 2018 for an additional term. He is a past member of the Head Start Policy Council and past parent of a Head Start child. He has represented the agency on a number of community boards and initiatives, and currently serves as the Chair of the Blueprintsโ€™ Community Services Committee. Mr. Burgess is an officer at the State Forensic Unit at Torrance State Hospital.

Ms. Mila Rivera

Milagros Rivera, who goes by Mila, is a Washington County resident currently balancing a full-time job at City Mission while pursuing her degree in Psychology. Mila joined the Blueprints Board in 2024, bringing with her a passion, positivity, and perspective that adds unique value and thought-provoking leadership to our organization.ย  Milaโ€™s story is one of perseverance and dedication โ€“ and she is the embodiment of the spirit of Blueprints.

Ms. Colleen Valosen

community volunteer

Ms. Valosen, Volunteer Coordinator at Jefferson Senior Center, plays a key role in supporting Greene County seniors. She serves on the Senior Citizens Advisory Council, contributes to the Jefferson Senior Times, and is a dedicated advocate as a CASA member. Holding a Masterโ€™s in Elementary Education, she brings both passion and expertise to her work.

Ms. Lisa Pareso

UPMC Washington and greene

Ms. Pareso, a longtime advocate for early childhood education, joins our board after years of service on the Head Start Policy Council. As a Rural Health Community Manager at UPMC, she is committed to strengthening community well-being and looks forward to making a meaningful impact.
