Blueprints provides Reentry programming at Greene County Prison and Washington County Correctional Facility, designed to support returning citizens in their post-release planning. Through classes and individual sessions, we focus on essential areas like goal setting, career development, and financial literacy to help them successfully transition back into the community.

Returning citizens can inquire about our program at their facility prior to release. In some cases, we also assist with securing stable housing to further ensure a smooth reintegration.

Our dedicated Reentry Coordinators remain committed to their success post-release, offering ongoing guidance and support at our Waynesburg and Washington office locations.
