Retired Seniors Volunteer Program
The Blueprints Retired Seniors and Volunteers (RSVP) program, operated in partnership with AmeriCorps, empowers individuals aged 55 and older to apply their lifetime of skills, knowledge, and experience to make a meaningful impact in their community. Through this collaboration, participants are connected with rewarding volunteer opportunities throughout Greene County, enabling them to give back while enriching their own lives.
Participants in RSVP benefit from opportunities tailored to their interests and abilities, enabling them to make a positive difference in the lives of others while fostering social connections and personal fulfillment. Additionally, the program provides support to ensure volunteering is accessible and hassle-free. Some reimbursements may be available to cover costs such as travel, along with liability insurance coverage for added peace of mind.
