The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program at Blueprints provides free tax preparation and filing services for residents of Greene County and Washington County. Eligible households that meet the income requirements can receive assistance in completing their federal, Pennsylvania, and local income tax returns.

The program is powered by a dedicated team of IRS-certified community volunteers, joined by students from Waynesburg University and Washington & Jefferson College, who work together to help participants accurately prepare and file their taxes.
