Our Career Development program helps participants determine career goals and pathways to success. Anticipated annual salaries and required schooling/training are researched as part of the process.
If a participant decides postsecondary education is their next step, our staff help them identify schools, coordinate visits, apply to schools and for financial aid/scholarships. Blueprints has partnerships in-place with area postsecondary schools that support our staff and participants through this process.
For participants ready to enter the workforce, our staff help them develop resumes, complete job applications and prepare for interviews. Blueprints has 100+ employment partners in the community where direct linkages are made.
