Blueprints has rent and utility assistance available for Washington County residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have experienced job loss or reduced hours since March 13, 2020 due to the pandemic, you may be eligible.
To apply, click the link below through your smartphone or computer device. Once you submit your application and it is processed through SurveyMonkey Apply, a Blueprints Team Member will contact you to review requirements in order to determine eligibility. Through SurveyMonkey Apply, you will be able to login and check the status of your application, in real time. You will also receive automated emails with updates. Please check your email frequently and also make sure your telephone’s voicemail is set up and your mailbox is not full.

As per guidance issued by the U.S. Department of Treasury, Blueprints prioritizes households with incomes less than 50% of area median income -and- households with one or more members that have been unemployed for at least 90 days prior to the household’s application for assistance.
