Blueprints has rent and utility assistance available for Washington County residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have experienced job loss or reduced hours since March 13, 2020 due to the pandemic, you may be eligible.

As per guidance issued by the U.S. Department of Treasury, Blueprints prioritizes households with incomes less than 50% of area median income -and- households with one or more members that have been unemployed for at least 90 days prior to the household’s application for assistance.
